Couldn't Get It Done on Wednesday
Tim Wakefield, 3 ER over 5.2 innings, didn't befuddle the Indians as much as he befuddled his own catcher Josh Bard who had four passed balls. The Red Sox could only muster one run, a Wily Mo Pena homer, losing to the Tribe, 7-1. The Sox have now lost four of the last six games and finish out with the Indians tomorrow before going to Tampa Bay for three games and meeting the Yanks for a mini-series on Monday and Tuesday.
