Once again one of the Boston newspapers, this time the Globe, has an article about the antiquated anti-scalping laws and how they are not being enforced. We have seen previous "investigations" into this system of highway robbery that is allowing ticket brokers to grab so many of the tickets out of the hands of fans who should be able to go to a ballgame at a reasonable cost.
